It is the mission of Turlock Crush Volleyball Club to encourage our athletes to experience the extraordinary personal growth that comes to those who train, compete and strive for athletic excellence. In order to develop strong, well-rounded athletes, we at Turlock Crush Volleyball Club strive to do the following:
*Hire coaches and staff who are committed to teaching
with integrity, ambition and professionalism
*Recognize the need to work as a team while valuing an individual athlete’s unique characteristics and abilities
*Personal and athletic development of our athletes and staff in order for them to experience the benefits of teamwork, discipline, commitment, goal setting, physical fitness, healthy life style, character development, self confidence, sportsmanship, and an appreciation for lifelong learning
*Following the letter of each rule and policy in order to promote the integrity of the ideal athlete
