We are so excited to kick off the Love Your Body Challenge, starting NEXT MONDAY,
MAY 18th!
THIS is my favorite challenge…🩷🥰
We’re taking the next four weeks to focus on three key areas of total wellness: Mind, Body, & Nourish (aka* nutrition). Each week you’ll have opportunities to meet goals set for all challengers, but can also create your own objectives to share and then CRUSH! 😻
Pick up your weekly goal trackers in studio each week and turn in the previous week’s tracker to be entered to win some awesome raffle prizes! Also, share your journey and progress along the way, sharing your pics, your thoughts, your fabulous recipes, how YOU experience self care, tips, your stories (tag us) to see what y’all are cooking, how you’re sweating, and meeting your personal goals for the next month! We are a tribe and want to support, encourage and raise each other up! 🩵
