Y’all I have to cancel class tomorrow!
I am so sorry, we have been getting it in this week and I was ready to finish STRONG 💪🏽 with these arm!

I’m pretty sure I have the Flu. I tried to ignore it the last 2 days with these headaches but after going hard Tuesday - I am down bad!

Double up on your meds, stay out of the rain, protect yourself, and I hope to see you all Monday for Twerk Fitness and Glute Burn!
