Life moves fast —

As most of you know, my father passed away on June 6th.

The man who saw the vision before I did. The man who worked relentlessly to see my dream unfold in these walls. The man who believed in me on the days I didn’t.

And his famous line I heard countless times, “can’t never could” written on a beam.

I’d get so frustrated when he’d tell me that when I’d venture off into something new and hit a wall. But… time and time again — the words would spark a fire in me that I needed. How would I ever know if I could do something if I didn’t try?

How many things do you keep yourself from experiencing from fear? From the thought of failure? From thinking you can’t do something from the limitations you set on yourself?

I’m thankful for the father who always believed I was capable of so much more than I believed I was. And that’s the legacy I want for my dad. For the gym.

If it’s the words from the gym or a from a special person in your life - I hope that the words “can’t never could” impact you too.

Because as I said at his funeral, “it’s less about whether you’re capable right now, and more about refusing to let “I can’t” be the reason you never discover what you’re capable of.

Never stop Raising the Bar. That’s the Mecca AND the Marty Stacks way.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the strong mothers out there. ❤️

Most days, we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, yet somehow, we still keep showing up. Between motherhood, work, relationships, responsibilities, and chasing our own goals, it feels like we wear a hundred different hats. Sometimes I believe that I must’ve been an exquisite hat collector in another life because of all the roles I find myself stepping into every day.

But everything I do, I do for the little eyes watching. Around here, we believe in one thing above all else: always “Raise the Bar.”

To the mamas giving everything they have to become the best version of themselves for their children, I see you.

On the hard days, I see you.

On the days you feel exhausted and like you’re pouring from an empty cup, I see you.

On the days nobody says thank you, but you still keep going anyway? I see you.

Never forget: to the little humans who call us mom, we are superheroes. ⚔️

Keep going. They’re watching us rise.

And to my Mecca Crew as a whole, thank you for believing in “my first big baby” and creating the culture we have today. It takes a village.
