My name is Mercer Tasma, and I became ISSA-certified in January 2024. I have three years of experience in high school powerlifting and knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry after graduating.

I have been competing in the USPA for two years and currently hold multiple records. Whether your goal is to learn proper deadlift technique, build strength, improve confidence in your body, or simply become stronger than you were before, I am committed to helping you achieve lasting results.
