Did you know we still train?
M-th 6am garage workout. Sometimes we do HIIT, sometimes we lift, sometimes we walk or jog!
M-f 430ish pm we lift weights.

We are always around after lifting if you want to join in for BJJ or kickboxing!! And We do a private kids class twice a week!

We don’t post much anymore. But in case you didn’t know...we still train 5 days a week 2x per day. 6-630/7am and 430-6/630pm. HIIT, cardio, circuits, weights, bjj, kickboxing.
Still haven’t picked back up on kids classes and we remain flexible with our schedule. No official structured classes. We train when people show up and we do our own thing when they don’t!
