Hello BEAR ATHLETES! It's the OFF SEASON for football, which means getting stronger, bigger and faster for your next season. Showing commitment in the off season prepares you for your summer workouts and summer football tourney's. You can't get bigger or stronger while missing out on great opportunities in the weight room or speed training on our NEW FIELD. Summer workouts really don't get you to reach your ultimate strength goals and speed.

Workouts for the Off season begin THIS Monday @ 3:30 at the school weight room. Bring you workout clothes and a good pair of running shoes.
