This past weekend was an incredible reminder of what can happen when great people come together for a common purpose.
A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to Heroes on the River – Outdoor Adventures for Combat Veterans, led by Adam and Becca Packham, for their unwavering commitment to our Combat Veterans. Your dedication, countless hours of planning, and genuine love for those who have served made this event something truly special.
To Skydive Front Royal, owners Albert and Julie van Jaarsveld, thank you for opening your drop zone, your hearts, and your incredible team to this mission. Your professionalism and hospitality made every veteran feel welcomed and safe.

Thank you to the food vendors who generously donated meals and refreshments. Your kindness and support helped fuel an unforgettable weekend and demonstrated what community is all about.
Most importantly, thank you to every Combat Veteran who came out and trusted us to be a small part of your journey. It was an honor to spend the weekend with each of you.

No single person made this event a success—it was the collective effort of volunteers, pilots, instructors, staff, donors, vendors, and veterans all working together with one mission: serving those who have served us.
Thank you all for making this one of the most meaningful weekends of the year. I am honored to have stood beside every one of you.
