Eight of our students tested for Black Belt! Four tested for first degree, three tested for second degree, and one tested for her third degree! They all stood out on their panels and did an amazing job showing their effort, strength of body and character, and great spirits! We are all so proud of them!!

Tuesday night we promoted 6 students to First and Third Degree Black Belt!! This has been a process years in the making for them, through countless hours of hard work and dedication to training. When asked, several said they never thought they'd get to this point. While they never thought they'd get here, they certainly deserve it!!!
We are so happy to see them reach this achievement and look forward to what comes next for them!!

One of the best things about the martial arts is all the people you get to meet and train with. My dear friend Master Jovel Zuniga from Costa Rica, honored us by visiting our studio for two days. He is a very gifted martial artist and has won multiple Grand Championships but WOW what a dynamic teacher he is. He taught every class Monday and Tuesday and the students regardless of rank could not get enough of his teaching or his super charged spirit. Every student said the same thing after each class, "that was an awesome class!" Thank you Sir for your spirit and inspiration. It was truly a blessing and honor to train with you and call you friend.

Congratulations to all the students from Robinson's Martial Arts Institute that competed this past weekend at the World Tang Soo Do Association Region #8 Championship. We had 21 students participate and brought home 35 medals along with two Grand Champions and one Grand Champion runner up. Absent from the photo are Mark, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Michelle, Jackson and Hank. Great job to everyone. Your dedication and hard work shined through! I am so proud of each of you!
