Last week I played the Lime Bluff Open. The weather was hot 🥵 and the course conditions were less than favorable; standing water and mud, but that didnt stop me from having a fun time and good round! I even walked away with a second round CTP on hole 7. Huge thanks to my sponsor, Whale Sacs 🐳, for keeping my game smooth.

On Sunday I played the Easton Open at Hacketts Park. Playing in late October, I anticipated a cold start, though it wound up being a beautiful, sunny warm day.This was my first time playing the fun yet challenging course AND my first time playing FPO. I left a few strokes out on the course, but overall I was satisfied with my play for the day. I wound up taking 3rd in a playoff. Not a bad end to my very first FPO tournament. The Disc Golf World Championships are only a few weeks away and it’s all going down right here in VA

The hometown pride is at an all time high and we plan to make our presence known at Worlds because there are still so many players who either haven’t heard of Neptune or haven’t thrown our plastic.

We’re all in on supporting local growth of the game, spearheading inclusion in Disc Golf and expanding the circle so that more players from all backgrounds know they have a place in Disc Golf. That’s the only way the sport reaches its next big growth moment.
