Matthew Holland (Black Belt under Christian Derr) is the head instructor. Note: because we are located in a private fitness center, Williams Fitness Center, we have to follow their membership/visitor rules. Membership to the gym is required for regular attendance, and you must work in the WMB tower or a few surrounding buildings to qualify. We can allow visitors on occasion, by rule that each memb

er can have one visitor per month. If you are interested in dropping in, message us and we would enjoy having you.
