My Cy-Yo class at noon was full. I even had to get a bike from the group workout area to participate and teach the class. Rock on Wock Staws!

Spring time has everyone outside getting flowers and vegetables planted and a lot of being one with the Earth. While this is a glorious thing remember to do a body check before you stand. Engage your core, breathe and use your legs.
