⛩️Stay focused on the teacher
⛩️Don’t give up too soon push yourself little by little
⛩️Come to class prepared. Uniform and equipment in good condition and proper order
Pro Tip for Parents

✅Keep phones on silent during class
✅Give younger siblings something quiet to do
✅Participate by paying attention and being available to help on the floor when needed
Here at Martial ZEN, it is not just the students on the floor that have to be disciplined. We all work together in a disciplined manner so we get the best results and we all reach our goals!!!
