Heat 2 I was awake (evidence captured below with my Amma😉)
Dad started on the pole, track had rutted up seeing him loose a few spots finishing 5th

Started 6th got up to 2nd but was passed with a few laps to go

LET’S GO RACING !

Although we got more rain than originally forecast overnight, the track has held up well and it looks like weather system has now passed through the region. It looks like we can now expect a fine afternoon at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway so we are going racing as planned.

For competitors, please note that we have shut the pit gates until 11am, to assist in drying everything out ahead of this afternoons event.

Racing starts at 3pm.

This will be the last weather update!

For those that are travelling from Brisbane make sure you allow extra travel time with the Highway closure at North Tivoli (Ipswich). It would be recommended to use the Cunningham Hwy to Amberley and divert through Walloon back to the Warrego Highway.
