A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our Eclipse Barbell Club Max Out!

We had an absolute blast lifting heavy, cheering each other on, and celebrating plenty of PRs. There’s nothing better than seeing the crew come together, put in the work, and have a great time doing it.

Proud of everyone who stepped up to the bar today. More big lifts to come! 💪💪

Accessories have become a staple here at Eclipse Barbell Club—and for good reason.

1️⃣ Build Strength Where It Matters Most
Accessory work targets weak points in our lifts, helping improve positions, stability, and overall power in all of our lifts.

2️⃣ Stay Healthy & Keep Progressing
By strengthening supporting muscles and improving balance, accessories help reduce injury risk and keep us training consistently.

If you’ve been curious about getting stronger, moving better, and dialing in your technique, now’s the time to jump in.

🏋🏼‍♂️ Join us every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 4:30 PM and experience what Eclipse Barbell Club is all about.
