Ok I’m going to give some free advice because I want to prevent as many deaths as possible
If you are going to take enhancements and want to hopefully prevent any health issues here are some supplements I strongly suggest taking year round
Upon Wake, empty stomach, 30-60mins before eating
5mg Tadalafil (prescription)
2000fu Nattokinase
100mg Pycnogenol
1 cap Garden of Life Raw One
1 cap Vitamin D3/K2
1000mg Krill Oil
500ml water
Before Bed
300mg UDCA (prescription, or TUDCA)
2000mg Taurine
200mg Magnesium (Citrate)
1000mg Bergamonte
500mg Cinsulin
400mg Longvida
300mg Meganatural-BP
262mg Pumpkin Seed Extract
100mg Apresflex
Now always add in things 1 at a time to make sure you don’t have a poor reaction to something
You can get all the supplements I suggest from my Amazon storefront, I make pennies from it so idc where you get it from.

Also I suggest getting bloodwork done as often as you can afford. Just to monitor and make sure everything is good. If you have good insurance get it through your p*p, if you pay out of pocket use this.

Men no ej*******on the day before
Menstruating women get hormonal bloodwork on luteal peak, day 21 of cycle, 7 days after ovulation, 7 days before menstruation
Suggested tests,
Lipid panel
CBC
CMP
HgB A1c
HS-CRP
Cystatin C w/ eGFR

Now if RBC, hematocrit, or hemoglobin are ever high you can donate WHOLE blood, but if you follow my supplement advice, eat a proper diet, and are hydrated this shouldn’t be needed.
Also monitor resting BP and HR
Should be 120/80, 80, or below
Also coronary calcium scan is something that costs $100 and can tell you how clear or clog your arteries are.
