Do you ever feel unmotivated?
Wanting to give up because you aren’t seeing the results of your hard work?
Ask yourself these questions.
▫️Have I been giving 100% effort toward my goals?
▫️How long have I been giving 100%?
If you answer yes to the first question then move to the second question.
If you answered no then it’s time reevaluate and attack the goal differently.
The second question if answered “not very long, a few weeks, a couple of months” you need to keep going!
Results do not happen over night.
You may see quick changes in the beginning of your journey but it takes many months or even a year+ to fully reach some goals.
This doesn’t only apply to fitness goals.
It relates to business and work goals, relationship goals, family goals.
Be patient in your pursuit.
You have to WANT it more than you want anything else.
