Don't forget to sign up for the ACS State Scotch tournament. It is only days away. Find your league operator...message me if you want in. Many of you may not know that Sandy Chamberlain had a very serious accident this past Thursday. She has worked very hard for many years for pool and ACS. This time I would like to challenge everyone to sign up and play 'for Sandy'. This will put a smile on her face. Sandy is facing a lengthy recovery time but her spirit is there. So sign up now. You know...we had a great ACS Singles State Tournament. Many people to thank for their help..Jami Kennedy, Pamela Reed, Craig Fox. Just to name a few. Deep Pockets for hosting the tournament and their great service for the weekend and we can't forget the added money. Dee you did a great job as our referee and helping call matches. Matt you did a great job...this tournament is a little different than what you are use to. I appreciate each and everyone of you. BUT the biggest thank you goes too ALL of you players that came and supported ACS.
BUT...we aren't finished with you yet. The TEAM tournaments are coming up. Yes we moved the Women's to coincide with the Men's/Mixed Tournament in Dec. December may seem like a long way away....but it's not. Be putting your teams together now. Sign-ups can be taken starting now. Find you league operator or find Matt or me. Need a entry form. Message or text me with your email address and I will send you one.
Remember...there is a FREE NATIONAL entry given to the winners of the team event. Includes 2 days hotel. Particulars are available if you want them.
We also have National 'Credits' available for NEW teams wanting to go to Vegas. There are some restrictions so let us know if you want information.
Let's put together another great tournament....don't wait...work on it now.

Vice President: Grant Moen
Treasurer: Gayla Robertson continues in this position
Secretary: Kelly Miller continues in this position

I would like to say being your President these past few years has been an honor. I tried to promote events favorable to all players. I appreciate all the assistance from the board and players. I will continue to be a league operator. As part of the board I will continue to work and help our association as much as I can. Just because I am not President doesn't mean you can't ask me questions, ask for help or bring problems to me. I will always listen to you.
