MEN’S HEALTH MONTH – SUPERHERO WEEK
FELLAS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!
Mark your calendars for June 15–20 as we celebrate Men’s Health Superhero Week at Crossover Sports & Fitness.
All week long, we’re honoring the everyday heroes who lead, provide, mentor, protect, and inspire their families and communities. You don’t need a cape to be a superhero—just the commitment to take care of your health in every area of life.
YOUR SUPERHERO WEEK MISSION
Monday – Captain Heart (Physical Health)
Move your body. Walk, run, train—at least 30 minutes of activity.
Tuesday – The Mind Defender (Mental Wellness)
Check in on your mental health. Talk it out. Don’t carry it alone.
Wednesday – The Strength Guardian (Strength & Conditioning)
Build strength. Lift, push, pull, and challenge your body safely.
Thursday – The Recovery Ranger (Recovery & Mobility)
Stretch, recover, sleep better, and restore your body.
Friday – The Fuel Master (Nutrition)
Fuel your body with better choices: water, protein, and clean energy foods.
Saturday – Brotherhood Day (Community & Accountability)
Show up, connect, and surround yourself with other men committed to growth.
