Train with purpose.

At Moore County, we worked with basketball athletes on jumping, landing mechanics, explosiveness, and overall movement, using both coaching and measurable data to help them understand how their bodies move and where they can improve.

Better movement starts with better awareness, and that’s the kind of work that carries over to the court.

This is what race morning feels like before the first burst of color.

A few quiet minutes. Check-in. Warmups. Stretching. Shaking out the legs. Catching up. Getting focused.

Then the race starts, the pace picks up, the course fills, and all that preparation turns into one really fun morning.

One week later, we’re still glad we got to do it.

Great to be back at East Middle School helping these athletes build strength, explosiveness, confidence, and the tools they’ll carry onto the court this season.

Last week was full in the very best way.

Busy, meaningful, and a reminder that the effort behind the scenes is worth it when it brings people together.

One week ago, we were so grateful to host the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce Coffee at FIT Beyond Therapy.

It was a great morning of conversation, connection, and community, and we loved having the opportunity to give our local business community a closer look at who we are, introduce our team, and share why FIT Beyond is more than just a gym.

Being involved in the local business community matters to us because strong businesses, strong relationships, and a strong community all support one another.

We’re grateful to be part of that bigger picture and thankful to everyone who spent the morning with us.

Still smiling about Saturday.

Beautiful weather, a great turnout, and so many people who came out to participate, volunteer, cheer us on, and support the 4th Annual FIT Beyond Color Run & 5K.

We had such a good morning, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make it happen and for the support of Team P3 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

What a morning for the 4th Annual FIT Beyond Color Run & 5K!

Nearly 120 participants registered for this year’s event, and we were so encouraged by the turnout, the energy, and the support from our community.

A huge thank you goes to the volunteers who helped make race morning run smoothly, and to the many sponsors and local businesses who stepped up to support the event. We truly could not do this without them.

We are also especially grateful for our continued partnership with Team P3. Over the years, that relationship has helped us see firsthand just how much this cause means to Paisley’s family, friends, and supporters. That personal connection brings an added sense of purpose to the Color Run and reminds us why supporting Team P3 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital remains at the heart of this event.
