At Fit Beyond Therapy, athlete development goes beyond random workouts. Every sprint, jump, lift, rep, and recovery period has a purpose.
Athletes are coached through the details that matter — posture, arm action, knee drive, shin angle, acceleration, explosiveness, and movement quality — so the work they do actually carries over to sport.
That development can happen in our Saturday Athlete Development classes or through one-on-one training with Jalen, depending on the athlete and their goals.
