Good afternoon, We would like to address the misunderstanding that arose a few days ago concerning the removal of a child from a team due to their age. we recognize that it was not our intention to cause any distress to the child or their parents. We are committed to fairness in all sports and within our organization, and we sincerely apologize if anyone's feelings were hurt during this process. We did reach out to the family to extend our apologies and invited them to return, but they chose to decline, which we fully respect. We cherish all our TYS children and acknowledge where we have fallen short. While we are not perfect, we are dedicated to building a strong organization for our community, making necessary adjustments along the way, and we hope for your continued support for many years ahead. 🫶

⚾️Today marks the beginning of the Baseball season. Along with baseball season, we also experience seasonal rain and severe weather. The recent rains have left our fields quite muddy, prompting us to reschedule the opening games. T-ball and Kid pitch will take place on Wednesday at the usual times, while Coach pitch is set for Thursday, also at the same times. Please understand that we will always make an effort to reschedule games, but it may not always be possible due to weather conditions. Please Follow our fb page for all updates. We hope to see you there supporting the TYS kids! ⚾️⚾️

Parents, we want you to know that our wonderful local school district is ready to assist you by offering free breakfast and lunch for your children while you work, stay at home, or if you know any kids facing food insecurity. There's no need to worry! However, to ensure that this service continues each year, they need to get kids in the door.

Last Thursday, we wrapped up the soccer season. We want to express our gratitude to all the coaches for generously volunteering their time, you are truly amazing. A big thank you to our kids for embracing something new and performing outstandingly. We also appreciate our parents for all their support of both their children and our organization. We look forward to continuing soccer for many years ahead, it has been such a joy to witness the kids improve week after week. Additionally, we extend our thanks to Tulia ISD for permitting us to use their field

If you're considering coaching, please mark your calendar for a meeting at the fire station this Sunday, May 24th, at 2 PM. We encourage you to come prepared with ideas for your team colors and name, as you'll have the opportunity to choose them this season. We can't wait!
