To keep things quick and easy, we are running on an honor system. Just grab what you need and pay via the Apple Pay or Venmo info posted on the fridge:

Use the new BODY KORE platform 👇🏼

Cable RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts): The platform gives you extra height, increasing the stretch on your hamstrings and allowing for a deeper hip hinge. 🦵

• Targets: Hamstrings, Glutes, Lower Back.

Bent-Over Cable Back Rows: Stepping onto the platform helps you maintain a better bent-over position without the cable hitting the ground, allowing you to pull from a great angle. 🚣‍♀️

• Targets: Lats, Rhomboids, Traps, Rear Delts.

🔥 Pro Tip: Remember to always put your stuff back after you’re done! Happy lifting!
