Happy end of April, what a beautiful start to spring here in Central CA! This has been a crazy busy last year and a half and with shut downs, cost increases and added pressure for my time, I am going to take a 4-6 month hiatus from paint and carbon repair. My oldest son is entering his senior year of high school, so we are doing college visits, my youngest is in club/travel soccer so most of my weekends are booked with travel and games and I am studying for my CFP designation exam (Certified Financial Planner). So, to say I am stretched thin is truly an understatement! This hobby turned second, full time endeavor, just needs to take a back seat for a period of time. I love the cycling community and more than anything I absolutely love being a help to those in need! For the next 6 months(ish) I need to focus on my kids, my career, and my personal life! Thanks to the multiple shops and folks from all over this beautiful country (I’m still blown away by bikes shipped in from Hawaii, Florida, New York, etc… like, how the heck did you hear about me). I will be back and will continue this work, I just need a bit to refocus and appreciate this moment in time with my family. I will be wrapping up the current repairs and paint jobs I have in que and plan to be back at it in November/ December 2022. Have a great summer all, and keep the rubber side down

I rarely do motorcycles - I think I’ve done 6 that weren’t my own in the last 20 years. This one was challenging with the wiring as it was a full tear down and rebuild including powder coating and painting just about everything black! Nothing is from the bike originally - tank, battery tray/rear fender, lights all around, levers and all in one gauge. Finally done! Still needs a seat, but that is being done elsewhere… The last photo is the original bike as it came from the shop in 2004.
