⭐️ SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING: ⭐️
This program will improve athleticism and sports performance through proper instruction and technique in flexibility, mobility, strength, power, speed, and agility. Each 1-hour session will challenge, correct, and improve the athlete's body positions, pushing angles, nervous system, and explosiveness. The instructor has over 18 years of experience and has worked with numerous professional and collegiate athletes in addition to improving the athleticism of countless athletes. For ages 8-18.

Dates: Mon. & Wed. from 6:00-7:00p Beginning May 2nd with new sessions monthly. Sign up at https://www.maranaaz.gov/recreation.
