2020 is ALMOST over.

So, what does that mean?
2021 is up next!

What are you going to do to make 2021 better?
This is the time to really make the investment to focus on YOU and YOUR health!

I’ve been on all sides of the healthy/unhealthy spectrum. I know the struggle - both mentally and physically. It takes time and work - but you don’t have to do it alone!

Do better. Be better.

The past 6 months I’ve hit and scaled more walls than I ever cared too. Anyone else feel that way?

I wanted to give up so many times and just eat my weight in pizza and brownies and sleep til 2021. (Seriously)

As much as I feel like I struggled, I also feel like I grew - Not just physically but mentally.
I appreciate things I took for granted before and I celebrate the little things.

Everyday can feel like a battle.
Getting out of bed.
Feeding yourself.
Loving yourself.
Taking care of yourself.
It’s a battle - so show up ready to fight and walk away a winner. You have many battles ahead...the war isn’t over.
