I wake up with gratitude this morning thinking about yesterday's class. ☀️🙌🏾

I thank you all for coming out and being a part of what is essentially a collective healing thru movement, love, laughter, encouragement & bursts of genuine energy!! I promise y'all for me, this is deeper than just putting together a class. Every time I get to see your faces is a true blessing for me and a means of connection that I don't normally get to have. These moments are precious. Thank you for sharing this space with me virtually and in-person over the past 3 years. I'm forever grateful.

Let's continue to show up for ourselves and for each other.

Emails were sent out on Friday! 💥 You now have until this Friday to reserve your spot in class! A lot of changes are happening in my life & I wanted to squeeze this class in to connect with our community again, b/c honestly I'm not quite yet sure when that will be possible again.

So if you really enjoy class & wanna do something good for yourself, I encourage you to RESERVE YOUR SPOT & show up for a fun time! 😉💜

Jennifer was a fierce, warm, yet powerful spirit of many talents. I'm honored to have been introduced to her and to share my love of dance with her on several occasions. Even up until just two months ago. My only regret is not giving her a hug then out of "safety". 😔

I'm devastated at hearing of her transition, but within the sadness I am grateful to have crossed paths with her and to create fun memories. She has now earned her wings. 🕊💞🙏🏾
