Looking to get a head start before high school wrestling season? Or are you already wrestling and looking to sharpen your skills this summer?

Join us for a FREE girls wrestling program focused on building a strong foundation in folkstyle wrestling while creating an environment where female wrestlers can learn, train, and grow together.

This program is open to middle school and high school girls from ALL schools. Whether you’re brand new to wrestling or an experienced competitor looking for extra mat time, you’ll have the opportunity to improve your technique, conditioning, and confidence alongside other motivated female athletes.

Hall of Fame. Still in the fight. Still building.

Former UFC bantamweight Anthony “El Toro” Birchak has officially been inducted into the Rage in the Cage Hall of Fame for his contributions to the sport, the organization, and the Arizona MMA community.

Birchak captured the Rage in the Cage Bantamweight Championship in 2011 before moving on to compete across the world’s biggest stages:
• World Fighting Federation
• Bellator
• MFC Champion
• UFC
• RIZIN
• LFA
• Combate Americas

Beyond the cage, Anthony has spent the last 10 years building Torotech MMA into a home for fighters, wrestlers, jiu jitsu athletes, and the next generation of champions.

His resume continues to grow:
• 2017 USA Wrestling U.S. Open Champion – 77kg Freestyle
• Multiple-time ADCC Gold Medalist
• Active coach, mentor, competitor, and entrepreneur

This weekend the Torotech squad continued the tradition going 4-0 across the board.

Super proud of .e.wulf first off the slide by he came to me the other day so excited. “Coach it clicked “ then demonstrated his slide by on me throwing me to the floor.
All week we have been working RNC. I have shown defense and small details on the kill. No more traditional long arm and we go short choke only anything under the nose is the neck
Then we only drill from seatbelt position offense and defense for one minute top and bottom then find a new partner. Let me tell you how proud as a coach I am that he is able to do this live during competition he had to gain 10lbs for this bracket and felt slower and was nervous. I’m so fricken proud of this kid. He works in a facility where at any moment the patients attack him. He comes to morning and night classes but no matter how hard work is he always has a great attitude. Sometimes these are THOSE moments as a coach you hope for your students. Great Job. Im so proud.

.jones does it. He battles back to take third vs Orion who he lost to at sectionals 4-2. Today he scored 5-2 taking 3rd place today as a sophomore.
