For many golfers, pain does not always start where you feel it. The lower back often takes on extra stress when another part of the body is not moving or stabilizing efficiently.

4 years of showing up. 4 years of building strength with purpose. 🏌️‍♀️

Abby started training at Motus Performance as a freshman with goals of improving her golf game and becoming a stronger athlete. Since then, she’s increased swing speed, added distance, improved overall strength, and earned the opportunity to continue her golf career at Fort Lewis College.
