Huge thank you to Sharks Sports for hosting an amazing workout and Murph Challenge during the 2026 MVP Retreat in Tucson, Arizona!

The workout was incredible, the atmosphere was motivating, and let’s just say… that Murph Challenge definitely kicked butts! 💪😂
