Church at the gym 1pm today. Can’t wait to have a good spiritual meal from the Lord! What’s more valuable your body or your spirit? When the body dies the spirit departs. So your soul is more important by far! You remember to feed your body each day but do you remember to feed your soul? Maybe that depression, that anxiety, that lack of satisfaction in your life is the absence of God. Apart from him you have nothing and can do nothing. With him you can do all things!
