✨ WE ARE THE ART – Black Dandyism in the African Diaspora ✨

Deep gratitude to Dunbar Pavilion and to all of the visionary artists and collectors of EarthSeed Rising for inviting Tucson Capoeira to be part of such a powerful evening. It was an honor to walk the fashion runway and stand in celebration of Black style, resistance, legacy, and imagination.

Capoeira is more than just movement.
It is a Black art form.
It is a way of life.

Born from the African Diaspora and carried to Brazil through resilience and resistance, Capoeira represents survival, culture, rhythm, and community. To share that energy in a space rooted in Black excellence and cultural pride meant everything to us.
