Faith, Family and Fitness Certified Personal Trainer I started my health journey 3 and a half years ago. I had gone in for my first full physical in way to many years. I refused.

the doctor lost her mind cause of my tattoos and ran enough blood tests to keep the lab going for a few weeks. To say the least no illnesses. BUT my cholesterol was very high and blood pressure wouldn't stay in the safe range. The doctor wanted me on medication for both. After reading the side affects for the medication. Decided exercise and diet was what I really needed. I bought the original P90

X and sense have done Insanity, T25, Hip Hop Abs and Rockin Body. both cholesterol and blood pressure are within range for a 50 year old man. I joined the Team Beach Body after my coach helped me reach my goals. I wanted to pay it forward and help others as she helped me.

TGIF. Did my cardio with my amazing wife Jana. Almost a 3 mile walk. Now I’ll do my abs.

Hitting hard today. Warm up in the treadmill than back and Biceps with some abs during rests.
