It’s hard not to feel guilty about this short week. I’m so used to have such a full teaching schedule. But everyone needs a break from time to time.
I’ll be at the 🌊beach spending so much quality time with my family. Just what we need. Summer vacation here we come!!
There will be No Santosha Bliss Flow. I’ll be back for that 6/26.

✨Inner Light Return is almost sold out. Seriously, 2 spots left. If you are considering coming. Maybe bringing a friend? Now is your time. I can’t add anymore spaces than already offered. My practice changes, some days it feels easy, challenging poses are attainable. Sometimes balance impossible. But I continue to show up on the mat, because for me that ripples out into a steadiness that I have trouble describing. It is needed, it is a part of me.
🐶Why is it the dogs come in right at the challenging moments? I heard myself say “ignore, concentrate, open”.
But is there ever a time where asana practice is distraction free? What a mirror to daily life!

Live with, control, observe but not absorb, the mind fluctuations and 💥bam💥YOGA!

🌀Come find your Friday Bliss at .wellness.yoga Santosha Wellness Yoga!
Fridays, 9:00 am. Drop in is $15 for a 75 minute practice. This class is fluid where we all get a chance to build and lean into the practice in your own way.

🍃Friday night we will enjoy a sweet indoor Canna Yoga sesh , with Ritual & Release At . Classes are $5 this month, seriously a steal, goodie bags included! 6:00 pm.

🌳Meet at the Park for Peace in the Park!
Sunday, 9:00 am. The large trees where we meet provide enough shade for us all and we enjoy a flow before the temps rise. No park classes in July so come practice with us one of the last sessions in June! Donation Based, No min!

As the days stretch longer, feel the pull to return to your inner light this solstice season. Re-awaken your illumination.

Join me for a 2-hour workshop to offer your soul a pause, and to balance and reawakening into your light. We will meet in an intimate container, for a soft and slow flow, designed to nourish all bodies, unblock energy and move into the next season. Followed by a long Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to drop into your wise and well inner knowing.

✨Validation and a Leap of faith 🌈

I’ve discovered over the years
one of the best compliments is a returning student.

Seeing that familiar face, each week or sometimes more often, watching their practice unfold, seeing strength being built, holding them for their sorrows and triumphs. And all of the sudden Voilà, a community is built!

On the other side of the coin, somewhere on that time line a Leap of Faith happened. A new face signed up for a brand new class, or tried a new instructor, or even attended an event, based solely on word of mouth, how the flyer looked, or other amazing synchronicities!

And the cycle continues - a stranger becomes a regular, names are learned, favorite poses, old injuries, all fall into place with time. A symphony of connection, mutual trust, community. And that is a beautiful thing.
