Super happy for Sergio! I still remember when he first came in for his consultation, he had one goal in mind: “to look good and get fit”

Problem was he didn’t know where to start or what road to take to get there. He worked out at Planet Fitness on his own with little to no results. He knew he had to do something different.

That’s when he found me. Since our first session back in March 2022 he’s been one of my hardest working and most consistent clients.

But consistency & hard work will only take you so far, I guided him with proper nutrition and a tailored cardio plan to MAXIMIZE his results and get the body he deserves.

Anyway we ended up 25 pounds down and the leanest he’s ever been in his life! Today we’re working on adding more muscle to his frame and then we’ll cut down to 6 pack lean very soon. In his words “I wouldn’t go to the gym if it wasn’t for you”

Getting in shape was always for me and even more so to gain weight and muscle. HOW TO PERFORM A ROMANIAN DEADLIFT

•push hips out as you reach down
•fully extend hamstrings (about mid shin area)
•think of using the glutes and hamstring not so much the lower back
•neutral spine NOT ROUNDED
