Kabuki Strength is Coming to Tucson Strength!

, the best manufacturer of strength equipment in the world will be stopping by Tucson Strength to demo all their products on Monday, October 11th 2021 from 9am to 11am. This event is open to all members and non-members. It is a great opportunity to get these pieces of equipment in your hands to see if they would be good for you and your workouts.

Kabuki Strength made a name for itself by manufacturing specialty barbells mostly in the powerlifting world. They have recently branched out into more areas of strength development and athletic performance with new, innovative products designed with the input of world class lifters, athletes and clinicians.

Jared Schuurman’s, former professional athlete, and Rusty Zysett, former high school coach and athletic director (coached the himself, Chris Duffin) will be on hand to demo all the equipment and answer any questions.

Here are some picture we captured of this weekend's Events at Tucson Strength. Though we had to limit the capacity of the event for COVID Mandates,it was an amazing day and the energy was out of control! USPA Powerlifting and a US Strongman Event on the same day. Some amazing athletes coming together. WE all needed this. 2020 has been incredibly tough on all of us, and this was a win for the competitors and all of the strength Sports today. We can still do good things amongst all of the uncertainty in the world.

Tickets for Strength Fest are on Sale now. Another reminder, we are only allwoing a limited amount of spectators to the outdoor Strongman Competition. No in person spectators will be allowed for Powerlifting Meet held indoors. 1 ticket per person only. When they are sold out that is it. You will need to have an online ticket purchased to enter. Please do not show up to the competition to spectate or coach without ticket purchased.

Both the Strongman and Powerlifting meets will be streamed online(Streaming Links for Powerlifting are up on StrengthFest Website) Strongman links will be up Saturday morning. The Strongman Event will stream for free online. and will be streaming the Powerlifting Meet via a Pay Per view streaming for $15-$20.

Full disclosure, due to the dynamic nature of the Strongman event, we can't promise to stream every angle of the competition, but we will do our best.

We will also have Awesome BBQ for sale at the event.

StrengthFest Strongman Athletes. You should have been sent a link by Patrick O'Reilly, so you could have 1 spectator or coach pre-purchase a ticket for Saturday. Please purchase the ticket by today as we will sell the remainder of the tickets tomorrow to the public. If you do NOT have a pre-purchased ticket, your spectator or Handler will not be allowed in the competition on Saturday. Only purchase 1 ticket per competitor. We are checking the ticket sales, if multiple tickets are sold to the same household or not associated with a lifter, the tickets will be voided out. Tomorrow addtional tickets will be sold.

Powerlifting Athletes. You will be given a bracelet for your Coach or handler upon weigh ins. No inside spectators will be allowed for the powerlifting meet.

We will send out the links to stream both events by the end of this week. Please do not show up to the event on Saturday without a pre-purhcased ticket

Strength Fest Arizona is a week away. Due to COVID19 Mandates, our occupancy is very limited. There will be no in person spectators allowed inside for the powerlifting meet. We will have a small handful of spectator tickets for sale ONLINE for the Strongman event being held outside.

They will sell out fast. Once the tickets sell out we are done allowing spectators. If you do not have an online ticket purchased you will not be allowed in the event. STRONGMAN competitors, your handlers/coaches must have a ticket purchased online. You should have received a private link to purchase already from Patrick. 1 ticket purchase per person allowed.

We are working out the streaming details so family and friends can watch online. We understand that none of this is ideal, but we will not risk overcrowding the event. If you are not a competitor and do not have an online ticket purchased ahead of time, please do not show up on Saturday for the event.

We will release the ticket sales link to the public on Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday morning. First come first serve. We will announce more event details this week!

Strength Fest Arizona is less than 2 weeks away. We are working through all the details will keep you posted! As of now this is what we can confirm. Strongman Competition will be going on outside. We will allow a limited amount of spectators for this event. Admission to spectators will be $10 or you can buy a shirt for $23 (will have a very limited supply of shirts) and get in for free. Doors will open at 9am. Powerlifting will be going on inside the gym. At this point there will be no spectators for the Powerlifting inside.

Masks will be required to enter the event due to local mandates. Athletes will NOT have to wear masks while competing.

We will be working out streaming details over the next couple weeks.

We will announce more on spectator capacity as soon as it is available. Thanks for all of your continued support. We are greatful to be able to hold the event for the athletes after the crazy hear we have had.

Strength Fest Arizona is moving forward. Strongman and Powerlifting Events are a go, Olympic weightlfiting is cancelled. We will be allowing limited spectators for the Strongman Event outside, but at this point Powerlifting will be held indoors and no spectators will be allowed due to capacity limits (we are seeking more clarity around this). Our desire is to be able to have spectators for both events.

We will have some of our sponsors and a food truck at the event and we do plan on live streaming as well. Stay tuned for more announcements! Thank you for you support and patience.
