We are still at that very low weight, just focused on the movement.

βœ…2 minutes on/ 2 minutes off
βœ…3 sets if you’re doing a 5 minute competition
βœ…5 sets if you are doing a 10 minute competition

Your GPP after this is some form of pulls, rows or pull-ups, with some heavy swings.
5 sets of each, heavy enough that ten reps is difficult.
