The moment Angie steps on stage, it’s like the world pauses—my breath catches, my heart races, and tears well up before she even moves. I see my baby, the little girl who once danced in the living room in footie pajamas, now shining with grace and fire and fearless passion. Every leap, every turn, every smile… it’s like watching her dreams take flight right in front of me. I feel this overwhelming mix of pride, love, and awe—like my heart is too full to hold it all. She doesn’t just dance—she tells stories, she moves hearts, and every time, she completely takes mine with her❤️🥰

With each action we choose, we make an impact in our lives. A small action may seem insignificant. But if we choose the same habit day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, it becomes a part of who we are.

Everything we do matters. And when we do the same thing everyday without acknowledging how it is affecting us, we fall into the same routine that may or may not be benefiting us. Thankfully, we have the power to control it even if it’s just by taking small steps.

As we step into 2024, take charge of your own health! Nobody can make it easier for you. It gets “easier” by being consistent day in and day out and getting back up when you fall down. The more you do that, the more this becomes a lifestyle change and part of your daily routine. Be sure to show up for yourself despite what others are doing. Your future self will thank you for it♥️

Don't Be Afraid To Lift Heavy Ladies🖤

Women often think they need to lighten the load when working out, but this isn't necessarily the case. One of the most common misconceptions about women lifting weights is that it will make them bulky. This simply isn't true. A woman's body is not naturally designed to build large amounts of muscle mass, so it's very unlikely that they will bulk up from lifting weights. In fact, lifting heavier weights can help you torch more calories and provide that muscle definition which will give you that toned look.

Start with a challenging, manageable weight if you're new to lifting. Then, gradually increase the amount of weight you're using and focus on form.

No more procrastinating! Start your fitness journey! The sooner you get started, the sooner you'll see results. And remember, every little bit counts. Even if you can only commit to a few minutes of exercise each day, it's better than nothing. Just make sure you're consistent with your workouts and eating a healthy diet. You'll be on your way to reaching your fitness goals in no time💪🏽
