Simply Lifted

It’s been busy here at SimplyLifted! Jack started working with me in May and has been killing it ever since.

As a farrier, his job is physically demanding, so we’ve focused on keeping him strong, mobile and able to keep doing what he loves. A few months in and he’s stronger, moving better, and taking on more every week.

Proud of you, Jack! Keep it up 💪

Starting January, I’m opening a limited 4-week foundation training option at Simply Lifted.

This is for people who want to move better, get stronger, and build consistency, without jumping into a long commitment right away.

After the first month, those who want to continue can transition into a longer-term training plan based on progress and goals.

Availability is limited.
Message me directly if this feels like the right place to start.

Always a pleasure having Jeff Pauley, AWCF, in the studio. Farriers put their bodies through demanding work day after day. Keeping them strong, aligned, and performing their best is what SimplyLifted was built for!

This is what it’s about. Laura has been working through shoulder and neck pain for months. Today she played golf pain free for the first time!

When your client’s update looks like this 🔥
She’s been crushing it all season and the results speak for themselves.

The work no one sees is what changes everything.
