Due to the cold temperatures and upcoming holidays, we will be taking a break from our regular workouts. However, be on the lookout for some pop-up playground workouts on sunny days over the next few weeks!

Scripture tells us that our bodies are important, but not for the reasons most of the world thinks so. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says “Don’t you realize your body is a temple of the holy spirit, who lives in you, and was given to you by God? You are not your own, you were bought with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.”
