🐆 **Drop-In. Dialed In. Improved.** 💨

We had an athlete drop into a **Cheetah Speed Academy** session with one goal — **improve running mechanics**.

During the session we focused on:
✔️ Proper sprint posture
✔️ Knee drive and front-side mechanics
✔️ Arm action and rhythm
✔️ Efficient ground contact

By the end of the session you could already see the difference — **more efficient movement, better body position, and smoother acceleration.** Small adjustments can make a big impact when it comes to speed.

That’s what our **Drop-In Cheetah Classes** are all about: targeted coaching, attention to detail, and helping athletes unlock their full speed potential.

What an incredible 6-week journey with our Cheetah Speed Academy athletes! From Session 1 to Session 6, we saw **faster 20-meter times, faster Illinois test results, stronger footwork, and more confident competitors**. The effort and focus every week truly paid off. 💪🔥
