Hello , my name is Jessica Naranjo, owner of Performance Fitness with Coach Jess LLC. I'm a NASM Elite certified personal trainer . I'm also a mother of three very active kids. My kids are involved in sports and school events! I understand how hard it can be to fine time! However, let me tell you, nothing worth having comes easy but is always worth it.

I offer a wide variety of training sessions and group class style. I know that fitness is not a one size fits all. With that being said, I am experienced with male and female clients. I'm experienced in all sizes, genders, and ages, youth to senior citizens. I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in all aspects of life.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthy, getting necessary rest, and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. The best thing about my job is watching the transformation in my clients, physically and mentally. I love watching clients achieve their goals.
