We can take up to 3 people per fishing outing on a 21' North River Seahawk. Catch mackinaw up to 25 lbs, kokanee salmon and rainbow trout in one of California's most beautiful areas for one of the most memorable experiences of your life. Licensed/bonded and insured. Please bring:
-california fishing license
-ice chest to keep your catch [leave in car]
-warm clothing, hat, sunglasses
-camera
-sunscreen
-children's life vests for kids under 13
-anything you might want to eat or drink

Fishing continues to be good at Donner. The kokes are growing and the lake trout have been active for us. Kokanee came on Mack's Lure mini kokanee pro spinner in chartreuse and pink behind a Pink and UV Mack's Lure. The corn with Pro-Cure Bait Scents scentless UV oil and corn magic over the corn continues to be a huge advantage. Lakers came on 1/2 humdingers. Silver and moonjelly were best. The Lamiglas feeling like butter with these fish. Smooth. I have only a couple dates left for the summer, so book soon. Get out of the heat and come get some.

Fish-Field has always, in my opinion, over delivered quality for the money. They first caught my eye with their tornado swivels which are a chain swivel. The best price and quality in my opinion. They just launched their "micro squids." I love the colors of both the micros and sizes above that and they charge less than $5 for a pack of 6. Check them out and bunch of other cool stuff both for salt and freshwater at fishfield.com

Had an awesome couple out this morning. They wanted something a little bigger than the stampede kokes. and never been on donner. They were on time at 4:45 and ready to get the chance at a big one. Although we didnt get the big guy, they did catch a couple decent ones. Got out of there before the craziness. Lamiglas CG80GH was the perfect rod for these guys. Super sensitive with a good back bone.

Besides the Mack's Lure Cripplure, the Humdinger is one of the deadliest lures against most fish in CA, and even in Pyramid Lake, NV. This was the top producing lure over the weekend and running it naked allows you to feel 100% of the fish fighting.
