Former East Montgomery/App State baseball alum Avery Jackson will now be doing baseball/softball lessons & hitting lessons at our warehouse in Troy. Great teacher of the game and is looking to take your childs game to the next level. Parents contact him to book a session & take advantage of this opportunity.

Back at it this Friday 6/20 6-7:15 135 Bruton St Troy.
5th-9th grade Speed & agility group session. If any questions parents, contact me.
First group session went solid and I hope to continue to grow.
This session will mold your child into a better athlete through plyometrics, coordination drills etc.
The earlier kids are shown these skills, the longer they are able to retain these abilities & become more effective on the playing field.

I will be offering my first group speed & agility clinic. This group session is available to rising 5th-9th boys & girls.
$30 individual cost
This weekly clinic will offer the fundamentals of linear/lateral movements & will build explosiveness through plyos. We will learn how to move fast & effecient and build fast twitch muscles.
We will compete in everything we do & strive to become better athletes.
