Kettering Ice Arena is scheduled to be shut down sometime next year.

The Kettering Rec is so much more than just an ice rink: it's where friendships are built, young athletes learn life lessons, families make lifelong memories, and our local hockey community has grown for generations.

While The Kettering Rec may be our competitors' home ice, today that doesn't matter. We're all part of the same hockey family. Rivalries belong on the ice, but when it comes to preserving a place that's meant so much to so many players, coaches, officials, and families, we stand together.

Losing The Kettering Rec would be a loss for the entire hockey community—not just one organization.

Watching some Trojan hockey was a great way to finish out July. Scrimmage against Beavercreek ended in an exciting tie 2-2.

Summer camp 2026 was a success! Thank you to coaches for all the time they put in with the players on the ice. Thank you to the players who showed up and did the work! Thank you to all the families who came to the picnic and provided the wonderful food. Special shout-out to the Mandich family for grilling the hamburgers and hot dogs! We are excited to get back on the ice for the 2026-2027 season. Go Trojans!

Trojans were putting in the time last night! Tomorrow is the last day of camp (12:00-2:00). Don’t forget about the picnic at shelter 2 after camp tomorrow to celebrate a great summer camp!

Trojans are back on the ice this week to begin part 2 of summer camp!

We will have a picnic for all players and their families after practice on July 25. More information will be emailed this week.

Happy 250 America! Troy Trojan hockey was excited to be a part of the 4th of July parade. Thank you to all who have served and are currently serving to protect our country and our freedom! Special shout out to the players who passed out candy and pucks.

Troy Trojans hockey is walking in the 4th of July parade this Saturday! We would like to invite any HS-age summer camp participants to join us. We will be lining up in the Hobart parking lot at 8:30 am.

Wear your rollerblades if you have some! You can also walk.

Wear your camp shirt (we will also have jerseys available to wear for the parade)
