Hi everyone! Starting a new year and I know everyone is thinking about getting Fit for the summer. Remember, it’s 80% nutrition and 20% fitness. Healthy and proper nutrition is the key.

Update: We’re sad that Shawna is still on injured reserve. I know she would love to be doing classes right now with all of her Fit Friends! 🥁🥁

Currently all classes are temporarily on hold due to our instructor having a sports related injury. Please stay plugged in with us and we will let you know as soon as classes may resume. Kung Fu and tai chi classes are ongoing if you would like to consider one of those martial arts options.
