I work with women—especially in midlife—who are ready for more clarity, confidence, vitality, and alignment in how they actually live.

I don't do endless processing, or vague “healing” that never seems to go anywhere.

My work blends life coaching, yoga therapy, nervous system support, mindset work, and practical strategy.
