Rhee Gold nailed this! My former students will always have my heart and I am so proud of the women and men they have become.

Your former students are your real tophies.
Not because they all became professional dancers.
Most of them didn’t.
They became nurses, teachers, parents, entrepreneurs, artists, accountants, business owners, and a hundred other things.
But somewhere inside those adults is still the child who stood at your barre.
The child who learned how to walk into a room with confidence.
Who learned how to take a correction without giving up.
Who learned how to work with other people, show up prepared, perform when they were nervous, and keep going when something didn’t come easily.
And every once in a while, one of them comes back.
Maybe they tell you they still remember something you said when they were 12.
Something you probably don’t even remember saying.
That’s when you realize what this job really is.
The trophies eventually collect dust.
The people you helped shape go out into the world.
That may be the greatest legacy a dance teacher can have.

💜🌪️ THE FUTURE OF TEAM INTENSITY IS HERE! 🌪️💜

Please help us give a HUGE AHE welcome to the 15 newest members of the AHE Team Intensity Competitive Gymnastics Team!

These athletes have earned their place on Team Intensity and will officially join our competitive family for the 2026–2027 season. We are so excited to watch them grow, work hard, chase big goals, make memories, and discover just how much they are capable of. 💪⭐

But this announcement comes with a little extra AHE history...

For the FIRST TIME, AHE is proud to officially announce we have a MEN’S COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS TEAM! 🤸‍♂️💜

This season marks our very first year offering competitive men’s gymnastics, and we could not be more excited to welcome Finn into Team Intensity and begin building this new chapter of AHE Gymnastics.

✨ The Final Chapter | 2025–2026 Team Intensity ✨

And just like that... the 2025–2026 season has come to an end.

What a journey it has been.

From District Championships... to Regionals... to Nationals... to Junior Olympic Preliminaries... and finally, Junior Olympic Finals—our athletes and coaches have represented Team Intensity with incredible heart, determination, and pride every step of the way.

Junior Olympics is not for the faint of heart.

This isn't just another competition. It brings together the very best AAU gymnasts from across the nation—state champions, regional champions, national champions—all competing for one goal: to prove themselves among the best of the best.

Simply qualifying for Junior Olympics is an accomplishment that few athletes ever experience. Qualifying for Junior Olympic Finals is an even greater achievement.

This year, five Team Intensity gymnasts earned that honor.

These athletes carried the Team Intensity name with confidence, humility, and pride. They stepped onto the biggest stage in AAU gymnastics, held their heads high, and reminded everyone exactly what our small-town gym is capable of.

Even more special? One of our Vault Champions was competing in her very first competitive season, while the other was competing in her very last. Audrey and Ella may be at opposite ends of their gymnastics journeys, but they'll forever share the title of Junior Olympic Vault Champion. What a beautiful full-circle moment for Team Intensity.

To every athlete who wore the purple and black this season—whether you competed at one meet or on the national stage—thank you for representing our program with class, resilience, and heart. To our coaches, thank you for the countless hours, early mornings, late nights, pep talks, corrections, and unwavering belief in these athletes.

You have built more than champions.

You have built confident, courageous young women.

As we close the book on the 2025–2026 season, we do so with hearts full of gratitude and excitement for what's ahead.

This evening, it was our Golden Girls' turn to take on the national stage, and they rose to the occasion with confidence, determination, and some truly outstanding performances.

Dawsyn put together an incredible meet, proving once again why she's one of the nation's best. Walking away with two national titles is no small feat!

Sydney delivered a phenomenal bar routine, earning the highest spot on the podium and securing her place in tomorrow's event finals!

Competing at Junior Olympics means going head-to-head with the best athletes from across the country, and these Golden Girls showed exactly why they earned their place on this stage.

Congratulations, Dawsyn and Sydney! Your hard work, dedication, and fearless performances continue to make Team Intensity proud.

✨ Day 3 of Junior Olympics | The Sassy Silvers Take the Stage This Morning! ✨

Day 3 started with our Sassy Silvers! 💜⭐

These gymnasts are competing in their first or second-year of competitive gymnastics and continue to prove that talent alone isn't what gets you to the national stage. It's the countless hours in the gym, the grit to push through challenges, and the determination to keep chasing excellence.

The Silver division is one of the deepest and most competitive at Junior Olympics, filled with some of the very best athletes from across the country. Our girls didn't just show up—they showed they belong.
