Make It Happen This page was created to inspire and motivate. Life is short let’s make the most of it together!!!! One of my first focus points will be my weight and health.

Hi folks, I started this page to track my journey of change over the next year and beyond. See I've struggled with my weight all my life. I've have had some moments of reprieve to which I felt comfortable and even extremely happy with my weight and fitness level. Unfortunately since 2011 I've slowly crept up to my highest weight ever. Tipping the scale at 317.2 lbs. Which has created some

weight related health concerns. So I've launched and all out attack on my current health status. I completely understand its going to be a change of life style and not a quick fix solution. I am making a commitment to myself and my family to win back my life. To live the rest of my life like the best of my life. . So I've decided to track my progress over the next 52 weeks. I'm hoping that this journey may encourage other folks to take back control of what ever situation in there life, that they may have lost control of along the way.

Was able to shed some more weight at this Sunday mornings weekly weigh in. Increase my sparring activity this week to 2 times a week. Things are starting to come together. Focus on staying consistent. Started this morning with an hour on the treadmill. Merry Christmas Eve.

So this week I wasn’t able to get as many work outs in. Have had some cold. So I doubled down on my diet this week and tried to eat super clean!

Only missed my weekly goal by 0.4 lbs. I will take it. Starting to feel better. Looking for a great week! We grind because we have to not when it feels good!

Worked hard all week! Good sparing session Friday night. Stuck to my macro’s pretty well..decent weigh in this morning. 💪

Last week is in the past now! Time to grind this week!
