Sometimes you just have to fly.

This isn’t about being dragged behind a kite in the middle of a lake, although it is fun.

This is more about getting out of your comfort zone and grow. It could be in your financial journey, ur overall wellness, ur mental health, or any other aspect of your life you know you need to make a change.

Life is a journey and sometimes you just need to fly to make it a bigger and better one.

This quote reminds me of how we are the creating ourselves based off our decisions. Good or Bad.

On a daily basis, we are always creating. For better of worse.

For me the key is to do better than yesterday. It is not always easy, but a good reminder will always help.

Every now and then my upper back/shoulder/neck kinks on me. For me it a sign my body needs attention that I either lack on giving it or need to concentrate on more. Foam rolling helps fill that gap.
