Designed for those with NO prior experience. No gi required—just gym shorts & a t-shirt!

🥋 Adult Seminar ($35)
⏰ 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Train with guest Professors Tiago Bravo & Greg Lapin! Gi required—open to those with prior training experience.
