Our class is taught by Katie Jones in a private room on Tuesdays from 6-7 pm! This class is great for all levels of fitness and yoga! First timers are always welcome! Please call us at 540-759-1403 to schedule your visit with us. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and come ready to unwind, relax, and reflect on your day all while providing yourself with a gentle fitness stretch and challenge! All moves can

be modified or adjusted to fit the needs of all physical abilities and restrictions. A signed release form is required before beginning class. When you arrive, please check in with the front gymnastics desk and someone will guide you back to the yoga room.
